Plus One Spa

Lily is awesome! I received a great full body massage by Lily. She relieved sore muscles and stress. Just wish I could have taken a nap on the massage table once she finished. :)

I work out and as a result my muscles tend to be extremely tight. Emily has worked her magic again and gave a very deep tissue massage focusing on the tightest areas (neck and shoulder), but still allowing time for every muscle to be worked. I feel AMAZING!

I had a wonderful 90-minute deep tissue massage from Emily. She worked on knots and tense spots and I walked out feeling great. This place is a gem.

It was really great started with my neck and head and had deep tissue massage . I have been getting massages for about 30'yrs and have not gone to anyone regularly But this is my go to place.

I've had bad shoulder and neck pain for a few years. I have tried many massage places in the Bay Area. They are either too expensive or not helpful at all. The other day I found Plus One Spa on Yelp. Thought to give it a try since the reviews are so high. And I am soooo glad I did. Cindy is absolutely wonderful. She did a great job and found my knots right away. This is one of the best massage I've had in years. Clean and quiet place. Love everything about this place. I will definitely come back.

Emily is amazing. She was able to work with my sports injuries and understands how an athlete may need to have a different treatment than a client needing relaxation.

I have had massages for over 25 years and I must say that Lily's massages rank among the best! I highly recommend her and this facility.

Each time i have gone the deep tissue massage gets better and better. Anyone looking for a great massage should go here.

I believe this is my 4th time and I've always had a great massage experience, but the newest masseuse, Emily, just knocked it out of the park!!! I have to admit that she didn't hold back when I said I prefer hard vs soft, I was overdue and wanted to let her do what was needed, but if you want to be pampered instead of rejuvenated, I would ask for medium or soft. I found out after that Emily has 17 years experience (wasn't at all surprised). She asked if I was okay with her standing on my back (using her feet to massage). Since it's not my first time at the rodeo, I agreed without hesitation. I literally slept like a baby last night and plan to see Emily every 2 weeks (or sooner if needed). Finally, since moving from Long Beach to the Bay Area a year and half ago, I've found someone as good (or better) than my masseuse of many years. Thanks Emily!!!

Very pleasant experience on my first visit. Appointment set up was easy. Close and available parking. The suite is clean, simple & aesthetically pleasing. My massage was very invigorating, just like I asked for. Mary was responsive to my needs and is very talented. The hot stones was a pleasant surprise. I am so glad to have found this place.

Needed a stress reducing massage and Nina gave me what I needed. I will definitely be a regular. And highly recommend this establishment.

The entire experience is outstanding. I have never had such a thorough deep tissue massage. The quality of the massage is better than that of luxury spas and at a fraction of the cost. Friendly and punctual.

I highly recommend the massages by either Cindy or Nina at Plus One Spa. Both women are highly experienced in the art of deep tissue, full body massage and foot reflexology. Unlike high end resort spas with their lackluster masseuses, the staff at Plus One Spa carefully and expertly employ their skills in the “art” of therapeutic massage. The weekly massages I receive have helped me recover from an injured shoulder, which standard physical therapy did little to improve. Sincere Thanks.

The massage therapist are well trained and respond positively to Customer feedback. deep tissue, soft touch, they can do it all which works great for my whole family.

I just can't say enough good things about the job that Cindy does. She is truly an amazing massage therapist. I have been to a lot of places for massage, and coming to Plus One Spa is so comfortable and relaxing. If you haven't given them a try I would book soon. You won't be disappointed 

The ladies at Plus One Spa are wonderful! They do everything they can to make your visit perfect! They are truly nice people trying to give you a quality massage. They are thoughtful, professional and kind. So glad they are so close to my home! 

A friend recommended Plus One Spa and Bella for a full body massage. I am an athlete and my muscles tend to be very tight so it is difficult to find someone who can work with just the right amount of pressure. Bella did an outstanding job and I will be back.
